Capcom reveals record sales for the Resident Evil series, among others.

Capcom continues to achieve record sales at the level of its recent titles, especially the Resident Evil series, which is still increasing the sales of its various main parts as well as remakes.

Unexpectedly, Resident Evil 7 has witnessed a significant increase in sales, as its sales have reached 10.8 million copies since its launch in 2017, an increase of 200,000 copies sold during the first three months of this year. Its sales so far reached 9.6 million copies sold, an increase of 300,000 copies sold during the first three months of this year.


As for the third remake, its sales reached 5.2 million copies, an increase of 300,000 copies sold at the beginning of this year. Below are the rest of the sales results related to the company’s other titles as follows, as attached by Euro Gamer:

Monster Hunter Rise has sold 9 million copies, and nearly 1.3 million copies were sold at the beginning of this year.
Devil May Cry 5 has sold nearly 5 million copies on consoles of the last generation.
Street Fighter V has sold 6.2 million copies on PlayStation 4 and PC.
As for the eighth part of the Resident Evil series, which was released last year, the company had previously announced that it had sold 6.1 million copies, making it the fastest-selling part of the entire series.
