Publisher Bethesda has announced that its biggest projects that were supposed to be released this year, the highly anticipated open-world RPG game Starfield, and the co-op shooting game Redfall, have been officially postponed to 2023.

This postponement came through an official statement issued through the publisher Bethesda’s account on the Twitter platform, in which he stated:

We have made the decision to postpone the launch of Redfall and Starfield to the first half of 2023

Our teams at Arkane Austin (Redfall) and Bethesda Game Studios (Starfield) have incredible ambitions in their games, and we want to make sure you get the best and most polished releases.

Publisher’s statement

Redfall is an open world co-op shooter developed by Arkane Austin, in which you can test your hero through a diverse roster of unique characters, and you will join your team with the goal of exterminating vampires on the island.

The game was supposed to be released exclusively on Xbox Series X | S in addition to the PC, during the summer of 2022 and you will be able to play it during the first day with the Xbox Game Pass service.

While the role-playing game Starfield was first announced in 2018, which was developed by Bethesda Studio, from which we are used to developing epic and wonderful deep story games, which will also be an exclusive title permanently on Microsoft Xbox Series devices, and through the Xbox Game Pass service From the first day of launch.
