Hellblade 2 developer teases players and shows off a model of the Viking ship inside the game
Without a doubt, Xbox Sears owners will be on to a date with one of the most awaited new generation exclusives Hellblade 2 developed by Ninja Theory studio. Which was officially announced for the first time during The Game Awards 2019.
Ninja Theory studio had a huge success with the release of the first part of the game. He now aspires to make Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II better in every aspect than it was before, and with Microsoft’s acquisition of the studio and an increase in developers, this will become much easier to achieve, and the game is now being developed using Unreal Engine 5.
The developer continues to thrill the players about his next game, as he showed us a few days ago a picture taken from inside the game on the occasion of Earth Day, and recently he reviews one of the Viking ships used in the game, which appeared in very amazing details that only indicate the realism of the game and the accuracy in the designs.
Expert Environment Art Ninja Jon built a scale model of this Viking Knarr ship at home in order to truly understand how this historic vessel was crafted, before building this in-game model, ready to set sail for Iceland. pic.twitter.com/6Ba5kKy6xj— Ninja Theory (@NinjaTheory) April 29, 2022
The environmental expert of the studio, “Ninja Jon,” shared with us this image or the 3D model, which was scanned by microphotogrammetry, and he wants to confirm that the development studio wants to put the authenticity of history and accuracy in the formal description of the elements of the environment within the game.
Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2, as we mentioned before, will be released exclusively on Xbox Seas and PC, and although there is no specific date for its release, we think it will most likely be released at the end of this year or early next year at the latest.
