Remove PlayStation Now games
Sony has started the process of removing more than 60 different games from the PlayStation Now cloud service library, which will be completed during the month of May.

PlayStation Now, a monthly subscription service that allows players to access a variety of PS2, PS3 and PS4 games through cloud streaming or download on PlayStation devices, will be closed in the summer. This step comes as part of the company’s preparations to launch the new PlayStation Plus service, as the PlayStation Now service will become part of the premium package, the highest among the three service categories.

According to the Reddit community who subscribed to the cloud service, they’re starting to notice that some of the service’s titles either got an expiration date next May, became unusable or broke.

Some users were able to create a large list that includes most of the addresses that began to be affected by these changes. Which includes a number of Sega games and some parts of the Metal Gear Solid series.

The most important games that Sony is preparing to remove from the PlayStation Now library
Akiba’s Beat and Akiba’s Trip
Castlevania: Lord of Shadow
Metal Gear Rising
Metal Gear Solid 4
Metal Gear Solid V and Ground Zeroes
Silent Hill HD Collection
Sonic Forces
Sonic Generations
Sonic Mania
Sonic Unleashed
Team Sonic Racing
Valkyria Chronicles Remastered
Virtua Fighter V
Yakuza 4 and 5
It is noteworthy that Sony has allocated the PlayStation Plus Deluxe package to regions that have not reached the PlayStation Now service before, including the Middle East, from which the cloud service games library will be withheld in return for reducing the monthly subscription price and providing alternative titles.

Sony recently revealed the launch dates of the new PlayStation Plus service around the world, as it will reach the European and Middle East market on June 22 (6) of this year. Whereas, if you use the US store, you will be able to access the new packages starting from 1 June (6) next.
